1: Stop Branding Everyone Else
This is a big tip and NEVER talked about. If you want to succeed, STOP branding everyone else! You see, many Companies and leaders in this industry build their business from YOU, branding THEM.
Every time you send prospects to an affiliate business, team/company sales page/video.
You are branding them and building their contact lists, Adding people to their FB groups, Skype groups, opt-in forms and sales pages, all the time adding to their contacts, leverage and income while you just get a small percentage if any.
You do all the work sending people to various Google hangouts, Webinars, training, affiliate business sites and all the time you are branding them, not you.
This is a novice mistake and one that is unfortunately, very well hidden from the public as It is incredibly profitable for the business and leaders in your group
"You simply pay a fee, we drive traffic and convert them into sales for you."
"Just send people to our compnay LCP/Sales letter and we will do the rest"
It may seem easier initially to leverage the work that the leaders or company resources that they set up and sometimes it can be beneficial. (It's great to have groups and other ways to network with others in your team/business),. Having that social environment is awesome,
however, always remember...
Your continued success will come from branding yourself. Don't get trapped in the cycle of sending traffic towards your affiliate business or "team Leaders" capture pages for the convenience of them "Converting it into a sale for you"
If that worked... Then the online success stats wouldn't be the way they are.
98% of people fail online because 98% of people are looking for this EXACT shortcut and continue to brand their affiliate business and uplines, consistently building their business, instead of focusing on building their own brand using their own message.
None of this is hard... It's an easy process to setup... You simply must make the decision that from this point on, you will put in a little extra effort
To hammer this point home... Because I know there will still be some people sitting here saying... "Yes, well that might be the case , but MY situation is different. My company/ leaders have a "special" traffic Source/Funnel/Product/List/Experience, blah, blah, blah and it is "definitely" going to work..."
So here is the fact...
It is rare for decent money to be made by a customers, first sale transaction.
Even once the campaigns are profitable, (tested and optimized) for the most part, the juggle between purchasing, advertising and making sales/profits is ongoing.
The real money is made in Repeat Customers, Future Sales and Backend Offers.
If you continue to build your Companies and leader contact lists, guess who gets all these future sales? Transaction where the REAL money is made?
You must start the process of branding yourself NOW. Building your contact list NOW if you ever want to reach considerable money online.
2: Give Up TV and Facebook
These are officially biggest time wasters for most people all around the world...
Hours and hours each day, slipping away...How many hours could you save a day if you gave them up?
I am not suggesting that you give up watching the occasional movie, game of sport, documentary. We all need a break sometimes, however, the mindless numbing of watching Soap Operas, Reality TV and pretty much everything else on very appropriately termed "idiot box" needs to stop. We have bred a culture of unenthusiastic voyeur narcissists. Many people escaping to the TV or FB just to avoid their own boredom.
Imagine what you could produce in your life if you reallocated all of that time and energy spent on TV and FB into something worthwhile... Into a productive activity. This single decision will profoundly improve your life. More quality time with Loved ones, more time to spend on your Health and Wellbeing and more Engagement with your Goals and online business.
Before you start thinking... "Whatever Luke, I am sure you watch TV, sit on FB"... the answer is no. Anyone who knows me would know, I am never on Facebook and I threw out my TV many years ago. Within 12 months of doing so... I made my first $100,000 online. Coincidence? I don't think so!
This FACT is worth taking some time to consider. What could it mean for your Life and Business?
3: Add Value First
Getting caught up in trying to make money and losing sight of the reality...
Everyone you deal with online is a REAL person... Is easy to do.
By focusing on what value you can bring to the Internet and the Marketplace, you not only create a better, more profitable strategy, but have a more fulfilling day, by focusing on Adding Value First and Making Money Second.
This, mutually beneficial method of engagement is far more effective than your traditional hard sell. If you are not adding value... If you are not offering any type of additional benefit to your prospects in the way of Resources, Growth and Improvement, I can safely assume you are not making the money you desire.
In my experience, the more I give, the more money I receive.
We all have value to bring, Information knowledge to share.. I understand the hesitation sometimes to put yourself out there online. The fear of criticism. Unfortunately the internet lends itself to cowards hiding behind their screen, expressing an opinion that would never be said face to face, however, in my experience, this fear is for the most part irrational.
All of the bad things you might expect to happen, never happen.
What's more likely, is people will begin to resonate with you. They will gravitate towards you. Being yourself, showing that you are human, have emotions... We all relate to that.
Don't be afraid to put some of yourself into your work. Being original and an individual is what will set you apart from all the other offers, distractions and people online.
Add value through your knowledge and 3rd party resources that will improve the life/experience of your referral/customers first, and your income will follow.

High quality content specific to your niche often offered for free.
Tips, Training, Videos, eBooks, Recommendations, Entertainment that adds an additional benefit (Value) to your Prospect/Customer/Subscriber that goes above and beyond your competition and gives you a point of difference.
These 3 tips are hard truths that I learned while navigating my path to success.
